i have the option of buying an 06 xlt crew cab f550 4x4 dump that is an insurance recovery. missing= motor trans and transfer cas and front section of frame and bumper. havnt seen personally to see how bad it is with the tear out but has to be worth something in parts? any idea what is a good price?

Cant be worth much more thank 2 or 3k! The motor and trans are where all the money is! You will throw money real quick needing those parts! Look at having at least 8k to 10k in it if you can do alot yourself. Maybe more if you want to beef the motor up before installing it!

Part of the frame is missing? Pass on it, f550 is different from a f350
