OP: There are o-rings in your High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) and related lines. If you aren't familiar with the super duty fuel systems, they use high pressure oil to actuate the injectors. (search and you can find more detailed info here) These o-rings can become weak or damaged and may leak only at operating temp or when cold or only at a specific time, causing a no run condition as the injectors will not fire properly without this oil pressure. And, there was a test fitting (?) on them that was bad about failing but I believe that will cause a no start condition all together not a temperature dependent issue.
And yes, purplehorn is correct, if you still are under warranty (5yr 100,000mi engine) Which you should be, take it in and let em fix her for ya! good luck
