I've got an 05+ lariat dash bezel that I'm looking to sell. The guy that I bought it from said that he mad adapters so that it will work on the 99-04 trucks. They are just held on with duct tape and can easily be removed. I never tried to put it on m truck so I can't say if it works or not. I would like to get 100 plus shipping for it.

Tan like the King Ranch ones? You could always mask the woodgrain off and paint it. I've only seen 1 KR one for sale in over a year and a half looking and it went for alot.

I have tried the headlight switch and power point and they plug in on my 04. I've heard that the 04 4X4 switch will plug but I dont have ESOF so I can be sure. Power pedals I don't know about either. Upfitter can be retro fitted with some wiring and there are write ups on how to do this somewhere on the web, and the tow command has been said to be doable but at I high price and alot of time involved.
