I had to replace the EBPS pigtail when I replaced the sensor and sample tube.
Alliant ICP/EBP Sensor Connector Pigtail AP0021

The harness pins were corroded and loose. If the pigtail passes visual inspection and you have no continuity between each pin nor ground and positive/output leads then you need to follow the harness back until you find a clue.

...look at the connector for failure and test each pin with a multimeter?

What are you using to watch your EBP reading? My Insight CS doesnt recognize any readings. My SCT X4 does recognize the readings and they are similiar to yours but I have no run issues. These numbers are way out of range for the sensor so it doesnt make any sense. My research has turned up that there is a calculation problem in the monitor making it an unreliable reading. When was last time your ECM strategy was updated by a dealership. The latest strategies dont use the EBP sensor, it is inferred from MAP & MAF readings
