Hello there! I have a 2005 F350 6.0, just did the head gaskets (again) now that everything is back together I am have a no start condition, this is where is gets weird, I have plenty of oil pressure around 1500 psi I have ficm sync. Ficm voltage is 48-48.5, rpm while cranking is around 150, I can here the injectors buzz and I am getting plenty of fuel to the heads, checked all connections and I have been cranking it for around 30 second intervals until the battery dies (I have killed the battey about 8 times) been doing this for 4 days now and still nothing. Does anyone else have any ideas.
Thank you!

You need >150RPM to start.

If you've killed the batteries 8 times, you need new batteries IMO. Usually you can only drain them a couple times and they're done for, even if recharged.

What's your Battery V?
What's your FICM L Power?
What's your ICPv KOEO and while cranking?
Are you getting any smoke out the tailpile?
Have to ask, but your oil level is correct, right?

I would have to agree it will need a new batteries but it cranks ALOT before they die and cranks at a normal rate.
Battery volts 13.2
Ficm L?
Ficm main is 48.5 even while cranking
Icp v koeo .3 while cranking 1.7
No smoke
Oil level is spot on!

You need >150RPM for it to start consistently. It may start lower than that, but i'd make sure it was >150RPM if I was troubleshooting a no-start condition.

Have you pulled your oil filter and used the remote start wire to crank the engine to make sure you're actually getting low pressure oil?

FICM L Power = FICM Logic Power (should be the same as battery V)

.3v is a bit high KOEO. Have you unplugged the ICP sensor to see if it will fire?

What is your Injector pulse width?
