Never installed on my truck! New in Box with instructions, I went another direction with my truck. 2.5" leveling kit with 5" rear blocks, lifts truck and keeps the rear about an inch higher than the front, for pulling a trailer Clears 35" tires with no rubbing.

So does it have the brake line relocators, and track bar bracket? Also I have no idea, but the d/s pieces which one do you have?

It has all the relocation brackets with it. If you read the description on the ebay link above, it has all the items listed in that item.

Not sure what you mean by "d/s pieces"?

To keep your driveshaft and pinion in check we also supply a drop spacer kit for your carrier bearing or if you have a 1 piece driveshaft we send you a block with more angle.

Truck has a 6ft bed, so my understanding is no carrier bearing. So angled blocks.
