I had a similar problem with my #3 cylinder and it ended up being a piston. The problem was intermittent (still trying to figure that one out) and I put 3 injectors in it before finally pulling the head off. But mine didn't check good for compression. All other cylinders were 350-360 and my #3 was just 50psi
