I am new to the Stroke and bought me a 1994 5 speed last week and looking to put in a jake brake. Does anyone have one forsale?

I am wanting to buy a used f-350 deisel. One of the main things that i would like factory installed is an exhaust brake. What years would possibly have this installed from the fatory.
