So I used got under the hood to do the blue spring mod today and I have while I'm not sure if it's true or not but I feel like I had some pretty good results. Seemed to be easier starting and quieter/ smoother running all the way around and (maybe) better acceleration. I noticed two things...
  2. 6.0 Motor problems
04 F-350 with Bulletproofed 6.0 I installed the Blue Spring kit from sinister just as a preventative upgrade. I don't have a fuel pressure gauge so I don't have any data on performance before and after the install. After the install I've developed a heavy bucking when accelerating at highway...

Installed a Glowshift fuel pressure gauge a few weeks ago. Pressure read fairly consistent, but dropped pretty sharply to about 20psi or so at WOT. Installed a Blue Spring update. Pressure came up to about 60psi at idle and would drop to about 40psi at WOT. All was good for a couple of...

So I was replacing the fuel regulator spring and I broke the keyhole O-ring and I had to use one from my O-ring box. My question is will this cause any problems? I got it to fit in the groove and doesn't leak, but is the OE ring made of something special?
