CNC FABRICATION™ 7.3L STAGE 1 HIGH PRESSURE OIL PUMP FOR MODEL YEARS 96-03 Typically these pumps will produce 5.1-5.6gpm which is usually enough volume to sustain 230/100 hybrid injectors. We do not list this pump as an aftermarket high performance pump, but it will indeed support certain performance injectors. It will not support larger A or B code injectors though. Comes with a new gasket All of our pumps are fitted with steel thread inserts to ensure the threads will not rip out OBS (94.5-97) and early '99 pumps are fitted with a the Superduty internals for more volume New Viton o-rings to reuse your existing fittings Every pump is flow bench tested to assure you no DOA pumps.       It is possible.

      If you need a HPOP, we do have them in stock. The leak is more than likely the cause of the longer cranks due to needing to refill the oil on the high pressure side of the system.

      I would do the low level effort and install this hpop and turbo with 160/30's. HPOP is depending on if you have a later 95, but not, you may need the 94.5-95 pump.

      You are seeing 3000+ psi of pressure, so I doubt it's a leak. More than likely it's a worn out pump, or lpop is worn out and can't supply the needed volume/pressure.

      We do pumps, but unfortunately we are 3-4 weeks behind.
