Couple more pictures for those who may have their own thoughts??

They say, bad axle, bad weld (incomplete + no-penetration), been rusting since day one (pretty sad since its a 2015), warrantied single axle (great... knock knock).

I say, POS, not the first thing that has failed on here, Monday or a Friday trailer according to all the other LoadTrail owners out there but I don't really trust it now

It definitely was a manufacturing defect of the weld. No penetration. That much is easy to see from the relatively fresh break on the one part and a all the rust on the other.

94 F-250 reg cab 4x4 5spd 7.3 stroke. 3inch downpipe, 4 in exhaust. super duty turbo with 1.0 non wastegated exhaust housing ww2 and 360 thrust kit. Intercooler, MB diesel hpop, driven diesel complete efuel, 6637 air filter, kingpin dana 60.

Yup, everyone seems to agree, welders, shops, etc.. But was this a one-off, or how many axles did this guy weld on a Friday that are also going to fail

Yeah that's s tough one. I know the feeling of not being able to trust something you have had trouble with.
