Truck thinks I am pulling a trailer always

So I recently purchased a 5th wheel, the dealership installed the companion and a 7-way in my bed in my 2018 F250. Ever since then, my truck automatically pulls up my Trailer Info Screen and starts adding mileage to my default trailer every time I start it up. If I hit the trailer brake controller it says Trailer Disconnnected, so it knows I am not hauling a trailer, so why is it pulling up and assigning a trailer to each of my trips? Anyone had this problem before? I'm sure the dealership screwed something up but just wanting to hear others thoughts.

after I unhook a trailer I have to go into the trailer screen and select "no active trailer" otherwise on start up the trailer screen will automatically come up and think we are still connected

Yep, what he said. I was having the same issue with my new 19 King Ranch towing my bass boat. Go into the trailer menu and select no active trailer and your good to go!

I do this every time I get in the truck, it always reverts back to my default trailer.
