Has anyone ever posted height measurements of the cab with the 2.5” and 4.5” lift?

Thanks. My main weighing reason for going 2.5” is to fit in the garage. If it won’t even fit with that may as well go 4.5” even though it’ll be more of a pain to get in an out of. I currently have an 8” lift so trying to find a blend of practicality and still a love for the look of my truck.

My 2016 stock F250 w/ Fx4 package only had about an inch or less of clearance on my 7’ garage door. So I would think with a 2.5” lift it probably wouldn’t fit. I never did measure the truck or the garage door opening. Had the wife watch as I pulled in real slow.

I just spent the last hour and a half looking through every page on this thread. All these pictures give me some damn good ideas for my truck. 37's will be happening for sure!

Have read through this entire thread and on page 88 the first f250with the 17” wheels and 35’s on a 4.5” lift is exactly what I am looking for! (I would post a pic but can’t apparently because I don’t have enough posts)I am going to be looking to get a 4.5” commuter lift and would like to know what the wheel offset/backspace is for these wheels. Also would it be possible to run a 37” tire? I will be going with the Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Thanks for any help!

It depends on what year your truck is. In most cases you can clear 37's with a backspace around 5".

Sorry it is a 2012 6.7 F250 CCSB. I am specifically looking at Method NV 17x8.5 with 0mm offset and 4.75 backspace. Hoping that with these wheels i will not rub on the fenders or the control arms with 37x12.5 tires. Thanks

You should be fine with that setup. I run 37x13.5's on 17x85.'s with a 5" BS on my 11 with a 2.5" kit:

Thanks for the info and the pic, very sharp looking rig you have there! Did you have to trim anything with that setup?

Also I have read the f250 can’t run 17” wheels because of the brakes. I guess that’s not the case with the method wheels?

I trimmed the front wheel well liners and removed the bumper braces and valance. You could just trim the valance and the braces though.

The '13+ trucks have bigger calipers so you just have to stick with zero offset or negative offset wheels and pay close attention to weight positioning when balancing.
