It sounds like they are just wanting to throw parts at it. If they blamed the leak on a "loose clamp" after replacing the radiator, there are no "clamps" that one could leave loose on a 6.4 involved...

Pretty sure that the one for the super duty 7.3s. The Motorcraft ones have the gasket built into the t-stats. Get the OEM.

Tear the whole engine down and re-seal everything. Get a new Melling LPOP, good time for a new oil cooler. If you don't plan on tearing everything apart make sure you at least re-seal the rear cover....
