Pushing fuel out of the tank is an odd situation. My only guess would be that when you flipped the switch, it was still pulling from the front tank, but the return lines were returning to the rear...

I literally just installed the BPD oil cooler kit. It works as promised, but the way it went together left a lot to be desired IMO. The directions were horrible, it needs a much better explaination...
