It has a mechanism, but with just a 1/8" diameter...

It has a mechanism, but with just a 1/8" diameter steel rod that has bends in it. It is hard to grasp and is what originally went up the seat inside it, so this way is easier and better

Absolutely, the guy had the hpo system messed up as well, the branch tube wasnt bolted down the lifter retainers in the back were bolted down and the branch tube was just sitting on top

Overboost and under boost are the main codes. I have thumbnails of them in prior posts. EBP is not 60-70, it is 53 max. If it were a ground issue I would see something in the ref voltage.
