Like bismic mentioned you have to see what type of pressure you're building when the engine is running and in a problem system you will build over 10lbs pretty quick just high idling in the driveway....

The IPR radiator has 75 cooling passages, the stock has 92 and the performance radiator has 87, I would not touch the IPR with a 10 foot pole especially for that damn price. I have one in my rafters...

Just an FYI....you can build your own cables for a fraction of the price of pre made cables. You can find the right ends, cable and heat shrink on ebay and buy a cable end crimper from harbor freight...

I am pretty certain that the CAT does not need to be welded. I personally have a slip in pipe for my CAT and muffler. Prior to smog I install the BANKS 4" system with the CAT and muffler and pass....

The cab does not come off for anything other than studs and even then it still might not. If they installed a bpd oil cooler kit them there should be a nice new shiny aluminum block in the center...
