Good Repair Shops in PA

Hi guys and gals. first post here, and of course it's b/c I am having issues. What started off as me thinking an injector was bad has progressed to the local mechanic telling me that 2 of the cylinders have blow by and reduced (6%) performance. I want to get a 2nd opinion on this, and I want a shop that does reputable work.
I live in the Allentown/Bethlehem PA area. Any good shops on this side of the state?
Thanks!
