Justin's grandpa and uncle drowned earlier this week in lake Eufala

Im sure he would appreciate some prayers

Bodies of drowning victims recovered in Lake Eufaula | Tulsa World

Quote:
Authorities have recovered the bodies of two men who apparently drowned while fishing Sunday on Lake Eufaula in McIntosh County, according to official reports.

Checotah resident Jerry Don Tucker, 61, was found dead Monday morning about 500 yards southwest of a boat ramp, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports.

Stoney Tucker, a 47-year-old man listed as living in Lewisville, Indiana, was found dead on Sunday night about 300 yards southeast of the same ramp, troopers report.

The family reported that the men had not returned home from a fishing trip on the lake Sunday night, officials said.

Troopers have not determined what caused the boat they were in to sink.

McIntosh County Sheriff's deputies helped in the search for the bodies along with family of the victims.

The weather on the lake was rainy and windy, and the water was rough and choppy, troopers reported.

Wes, Thats AWFULL man! Tell Justin my prayers are with his family.
What happened? They were close to the boat ramp? They couldn't swim? No life vests?

will do

They went to check a trout line that they had out in a small aluminum boat (about 200yds from their dock) and they never came back.
They did find a life vest floating in the water, but im not sure if it came from their boat or somewhere else.
No one will ever know for sure what happened, at least not in this lifetime.

Thats too bad. It is hard enough that they are gone but not knowing what happened makes it harder.
