Good Shop For Diagnostic SW WA/Portland? 6.0 No Start

Hey everyone, I have a 2006 F250 CC LB. Some of the things I've done to it are EGR delete, Oil Cooler replaced, coolant filter, and EDGE CTS tuner. I've been having issues for the last few weeks/month on idle and acceleration hitting speeds over 40-45mph. The truck idles pretty rough and sort of has a shake to it when I first start it or standing at a stop light. When I accelerate over 40-45, the truck seems to lose power and start to kind of "hop". I don't think its the bearing in the driveshaft since its the front end that bounces. When I'm trying to speed up the truck seems to kind of choke/hesitate. Sometimes if I keep pushing down on the pedal more, it will cough up and spit and then bounce into full power like it should. (When I say accelerate I don't mean pinning it, just trying to drive normal).
One of the other issues is that the truck has been having trouble starting every now and then. Cranks fine just cranks a little extra long sometimes. I changed my ICP sensor, but issues are still happening. Sometimes won't start but after trying several times, it'll fire up and blow a little cloud of bluish/gray smoke. The worst part is that yesterday it died on acceleration leaving an apartment complex, just shut off didn't cough or sputter, and now won't start. Turns over, and will crank as long as I hold the key there. But won't start!! I ran for DTC's, nothing besides EGR delete. (I was having the hopping issue and low power before doing the delete). I checked my IPR and it went from 14% to 85% while cranking. Im not sure if thats within spec?

Anyways, sorry for the long post just thought I'd give some background info. Im from Montana and visiting family in Vancouver/PDX and want to take it to a shop and have them tell me whats wrong. Im tired of playing the guessing game and really don't know where or how to begin looking for the issue!

What are some good shops that know what they're talking about and not just trying to get you to replace everything? Im looking to do the work myself, just would like to know what to work on!
