03 ford excursion 6.0L shift cable bracket rusted out

Short story I need the part number for the Shifter cable bracket near the tranny mine rusted out and no longer has a place for the shifter cable to grab onto. see step 5 image it's the one the 2 is pointed to here "www frontiernet net/~jmray/temp/SelectorLeverCableBracketR&I.pdf " Sorry I it wouldn't let me post the url

Long story
I put my excursion into neutral the other day and rolled her down about 2 feet so I could reach the cord I use for my block heater and when I went to shift back to park it felt springing and stayed in neutral. I crawled under after taking all the correct safety precautions and noticed the shift cable did not change the position of the manual lever on the tranny, so I figure shifter cable was broken. All the normal stuff under the dash that can cause this was fine, so I got a new shifter cable. When I was installing the new one I noticed that the bracket near the tranny the cable is supposed to slot into was just a hole with nothing for the cable to connect too, It looks like it rusted out. This means I got a new shifter cable when I really just needed the bracket. Anyone know what the part number on that bracket is?
