BTL ZMANN,
Prayers sent to you and your family. Make the best of what remaining time your father was given.
Respectfully,

luckily the subcontractors are all good and can live without a babysitter for a day or two LOL

i have to leave town and go to NY sat for a few days to see my dad ( they gave him 90 days about a month ago ) so this is a rough start to self employment but

it is nice not answering to anyone
Sorry to hear about your dad - mine passed away suddenly last fall. It's not an easy time.

Good to see your business up and running - like you said it's nice not answering to anyone.

Sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my dad about 17 years ago. It's tough.
Keep plugging along, things will get better.

I'm not one to believe a lot in coincidences, the same failure with the TC happening again makes me wonder about the alignment between the TC and engine. I'd have them replace the flexplate and inspect the end of the crank closely.

TwinExcursions [quote=ZMANN;16374437]Lost my transmission today 500 $ tow home later

my trans was a ford reman 3 yr unlimited miles

it had 3 years 7 months and 50,000 lost a converter just like the first time and spit crap all thru the system

I called around and found a local shop recommended by a sponsor on this site

so Transmissions done right has my truck and 4600 gets er replaced and a billet T/C normally I do my own work but for the installed price it was unbeatable

hopefully last longer LOL[/quote @ZMANN that sucks. Great price on replacement transmission.

How is self employed going?
