My new up-pipes arrived today! Oddly enough, Corey's stuff (1st part of order, the HPOP lines)--which was supposed to be here yesterday, is still "in transit" somewhere between Denver and here (about 30 miles east). Dunno what's with that. It was in the area very early yesterday morning, then was in Denver (main distribution point I guess) and LEFT there 0-dark-30 today. No idea why it still isn't delivered. Hopefully the second part of the order (injectors) make it here tomorrow as USPS said it will be.

I looked up the tracking and it says delivery today. Your injectors are supposed to be delivered today also.

Just letting you know his month has been extremely busy for us, so I have not been available to take calls. Late nights in the shop too.

We ship a ton of product all over the country, when a delivery time doesn't jive with tracking, let the shipper know immediately. That way they can reach out to the carrier and get a case started, if the carrier doesn't have an answer for the delay.

Packages get lost all the time and the carriers will cover the cost 9 out of 10 times. Don't ever blame the shipper, if it was shipped on time, it's out of their hands. At Dales and all parts retailers, we always want our customers to have a good experience and never want a customer to not get what they paid for.

Just my two cents and a little public service announcement for all. Good luck and I hope your packages show up without further delay.

Would the bad injector(s) be the reason for the oil consumption? I don't seem to see much if any oil leaking.

If I'm reading this right, this will grease it without taking it all a part. Depending on your abs setup it can stay or, on and off to grease them.

I do not have front ABS so its not terrible but gotta jack up front of truck and remove tire/brake caliper, and undue some bolts and the snap ring is a bear. I broke two generic brands and got a buddy from a truck mechanic place to lend me a heavy duty pair lol.

P.S. Anyone other than the guzzle guy from dieselorings actually take the front hub assembly and add grease to the needle bearings? I replaced one a few years ago (ended up not needing it but it was apart and I misdiagnosed etc and was worried I did not add enough grease so was gonna take it off and inspect/add some.

I had my front rotors off for other work, and decided to take another hour per side and R&R the spindles and grease the needle bearings. My reasoning was that it had been about 75,000 miles since the previous owner had the ball joints done, and I assume they were greased at that time.

They were fine. Still had 'good' grease in them, it wasn't all dried out. They could have gone longer. The bearing lube is probably good for the life of the ball joints, or at least the interval where you can remove the spindles as part of other work.
