Durapig Eater | Iirc 225+ pulling long grade trying to make miles so I don't have to park in the dark, so driving too fast for sure. |

I also use the cts with the expandable egr probe kit. Probe in the block off plate wired directly to the cts head unit an a suction cup stuck to the windshield. No troubles with this setup. Im tuned with the x4, to small of a screen and too clunky to monitor with for my taste. I tried using the original egrt probe and the dpf egt probe in the block off plate and monitoring the egrt PID, did not work. the egr egt probe can be used with the block plates to give you pre turbo egts. doesnt read under 392, not sure what the max is as i havent seen over 1000 egts since deleting. thats using an edge insight cts 2. the minimax comment is wrong. ![]() |

HeavyAssault | I run the Insight CTS2 which has plenty of PIDs to view. Get little unit with expandable sensors that you can buy. Since OEM oil pressure is a switch you will need to run your own pressure sensor. To be honest oil pressure isn't as much a concern as are the temps. The PCM will shut down the motor on high oil temps long before oil pressure causes damage. |

Oneops | Go over mountain passes quite a bit,I feel a bit uneasy not knowing. I'd like to see oil pressure too. Can ya run just a monitor like say the edge display with some kind of aftermarket sensors? I have a sct x4 but I don't much about it. Can't find egt's on it and it bulky to use a monitor. |

the low temp starts to open at 86 and is fully open at 113*
Right....113*.....Okay...I see what you are referencing now and when. I see roughly a 25* delta (Intake temps to post-CAC temps) during all modes of operation regardless of outside air temps. |

Nickjames525 | There are two thermostats in the secondary radiator.. my mistake, the low temp starts to open at 86 and is fully open at 113*. The high temp thermostat is fully open at 140*. I don’t remember where it starts to open at. The coolant flows through half of the radiator first, cooling the trans and egr cooler, the CAC and fuel cooler is cooled after coolant travels through both halves of the radiator. |

HeavyAssault | Not so much....it's more like 145* or something like that, I need to double check. |
