Rjolley Correction: The noise does change. The rattle sound does seem to coincide with the rpm’s.

Need Help! Rattling Noise that starts when oil temp hits exactly 167*F

First, some info on truck & engine upgrades. It’s a 2015 F-350 SRW with 70K miles. Flo-Pro 5” down pipe back exhaust, No Limit 5” Intake, No Limit EGR Delete, MPD Cold Side Pipe, Patriot (formerly Spartan) Tuner, FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System, and Mag Hytec engine and transmission oil pan. (Deleted @ 62k miles)
So the truck runs great and all that but when it gets up to normal running temp it is making a rattling noise. It doesn’t do it at idle and it doesn’t do it if I rev the engine. It only does it when it has a little load on the engine. If I’m driving and let off the accelerator it stops and if I romp on it seems to stop or I just can’t hear it. The noise doesn’t change in tone and it doesn’t speed up or slow down. If I’m driving down the interstate I can play with the throttle and at certain times the noise will stop but as soon as the engine gets a little load it starts right back up. It almost sounds like injector noise but I’m really not sure. I plugged in my diagnostic scanner to see if there were and codes stored or any freeze frame data but there was nothing. I am very meticulous about my things and take very good care of everything I own. I run good fuel and use Opti-Lube XL and Opti-Lube Cetane boost. I change the oil/filter regularly (Amsoil Signature Series 5w40) and I changed the Trans fluid and filter when I installed the trans oil pan. I have done mechanic work for years (fairly new to Diesel engines) but I can’t figure this out. I have read on other forums of people having a similar noise and no one seemed to know what could be causing it. One guy suggested that it could be the pilot injection. He said some tuners shut off the pilot injection and that could be the cause. I know there are a lot of knowledgeable guys here so I thought I would see what y’all think. Thanks in advance!
