SixStringMadness I've used the REV-X in the past. It works. Blew me away what such a tiny bottle of liquid could do.

*EDIT* - have not used in my current truck with new injectors and such, but I am using archoil currently and T5

6.7ferd Lol. Funny badge there John. On the seafoam subject I've only used it in a few older gas trucks and tractors. Never on a diesel. May have to try it. I've read alot of good reviews on Rev-x additives.

hmmm...
i was getting kind of a very slight not sure i would call it a surge but a slight unevenness at idle and by chance i had some sea foam so i dumped in 3 bottles and drove to reno about miles or so and that stuff was like magin. idle is super smooth and the truck just feels better driving :rhumb: thought i typed out something of this nature but ...
good luck with it and i am a believer now. and at 7 bucks a bottle at walmart...i am real impressed and it acts as a staballizer if iam to believe all the crap i have read about it in recent weeks.
i was down around 1/4 tank dumped in three bottle drove a hundred miles filled up and the truck just runs amazing.
might be a thought for what its worth not many things you can do for 20 bucks with one of these trucks and it did make a difference for me
i will add the truck was running pretty good already so

thats kinda what i was expecting. i wondered if there was a run purple power and hot water through it first or something

john galt going to be pulling my intercooler soon. any tips on how best to drain it or does, as i have kinda suspected, it become obvious when you get it out?
i know i HAD it out once but that was 7+ years ago now and i dont remember what i did or how it worked out and i dont remember even thinking to drain t yet.
heck the truck hadnt even run yet when that was out
