6.7ferd I drive a small car to work everyday. Saves on fuel, the rough roads in the plant and all the crap in the air that makes it to your paint. I've seen guys with their 80k mercedes and audi's get their paint destroyed because of a issue with a cooling tower.

Yeah lol, I can say it was only half on purpose though lol. I seen an ad for a 2013 Elantra with 120k miles for 3k. It had a rebuilt title and had a few dents and a spare tire on but I figured it would be ok since it's already beat up to take down to Seattle so I don't have to worry about door dings. A week later I change the oil and I noticed little metal bits in my drain pan and when I put new oil and started it back up it knocked like no other. Thankfully the dealership said they'd take it back but they wouldn't give me back my money, I'd have to use that money towards another car.

One thing that I will say that will make everyone hate me is I kind of like it at 46 mpg vs the truck with 14 mpg, I've driven 11k miles so I've saved $1738.82 at current fuel prices (gas at 2.75 and diesel at 3.05), and I've only had the car for 4 months. It'll pay its self off in no time lol.

Red Ford Pardon the rant here, but may I go on a little rant about something I discovered that I love about my truck? IT DOESN'T HAVE THE STUPID TPMS

I bought 2007 Prius a few months ago, and the TPMS light came on. Discount tire said it was a bad sensor so I just left it since it didn't hinder anything. Well now I'm not working so I decided I could figure out how to change a TPMS so I don't have to look at that light and it's not too difficult. Swapped out the bad sensor with a new one but the light is still on. Back to Discount I go and I have 2 more bad sensors. No problem, I put 2 sensors in and the light is still on. One of the new sensors is bad. I decided to say screw it, went to Toyota and bought 4 TPMS for $90 each and installed them. The light is still on. Back to Discount tire I go and all the sensors are reading now, but the car is just deciding not to read the sensors.

I'd go to the dealer for all this, but they charge $25 to relearn the TPMS and Discount does it for free. The dealership says they can look into it but their diag fee is $135/hr. So I've spent over $400 in sensors at this point and now I'm just going to cover the light up with electrical tape because I'm tired of this lol.
