00t444e You need 2" spacers and they have to be hub centric. I have ran these for 3 years without any problems. Wheel Adapters - Hub Centric Wheel Adapters - 8 Lug Hub Centric Adapters - Performance Wheel Adapters
By the way I have never had any trouble finding 315/75/16 tires for my truck.

2015 KR wheels fitment on 03 F250 SDCC

I just purchased a set of 2015 KR wheels with caps for my 03 6.0. The lug pattern is correct and the wheels are installed, however they rub the leaf springs at full lock. Will spacers eliminate this issue, or what if anything can be done? I replaced a set of Weld typhoons with 315-75-16, on of them had a crack on it. I needed new rubber for them and after price shopping from a few knowledgeable local dealers, was told that the 16” size limited the selection causing the price to be higher. I found that yo be true doing research so i decided to look at the 18” size. Got the King Ranch wheels off if a 2015 with tires on them( not the best) for $300.
