Hey you should add this to the 7.3 performance discussion on the DIY intake mod.

Its a list of the cross reference air filters for that 6637 napa filter if i member right.
Get them alot cheaper than from napa with these numbers.

Hey there man, I see your the man for 7.3 questions, an your even around Edmonton. My PSD has 309 000 on her an is starting to smoke at random times. I'm thinking its the injectors, cause they have never been done. It has smoked blue for the first few minutes after firing up for years now, but it seems to be missing, or kinda hesitating, not all the time though. Once I can get out on the road an open it up a little bit it clears right up.
My question is, would this be injectors, cause it still has the same power as always, an where would be a good place to purchase a set of 40HP injector at a good price?

I have an 03 F250 7.3l, and wanted to know if you are running into any problems with injectors or any clicking noises on the drivers side. I recently went from 15 mpg to 8.5 - 10.5 mpg. I feel I have an injector problem but Ford says the truck is running fine, but no one can tell me why my milage just went to crap. I have had the feul system cleaned with BG products and the computer says their are no problems with the injectors. I have also added HotShots to the oil to clean the passages on that end, but no change. I am puzzled and so is everyone else. Just checking to see if you have had any thing like this.

My boost reads 0 most of the time unless I put a lil pressure on the pedal ( I baby my truck) and the average reading is any where from 2 to 8 psi. If I push the pedal about half way then the boost goes to about 15 psi. The highest I have yet to see it get is 22 psi and that was when I ran the 0-60 test one time out of curiosity. (8.21 on tow setting)
Should I be worried? and If so, what should I check? Ive eyeballed all my rubber boots and they seem to be in good shape, no cracks or holes. they do have a lil grime on them but I just cleaned it the other day. Every thing else is stock on the truck, and until tomorrow it has 15-40 rotella in it, going to 5-40 after reading all the oil discussions on here.

You said not to be scared to ask you questions, so here goes. I have an '02 F250 Crew cab 4x4 with the GREAT 7.3 of course!! I just put the AFE stage 2 complete air intake on it, Edge Evolution running tow tunes, and 4" turbo back PMT performance exhaust. MAN WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! However, reading your post about what the boost pressure, EGT, EOT, TFT, and such should be, my Turbo boost is WAY lower than you stated.
I have it monitored thru the Edge display which I assume gets its reading from my trucks computer as the only thing I installed with the computer was the Thermocoupler or whatever, and I put it on the drivers side exhaust manifold right in the bend like the instructions said.

You gave me advice last week on my thread "battey question", you wanted me to check the parasitic draw. it is sitting right now and measures .091. I also have another post on right now, "another dead battery", any advice would be great.

have you or anybody you know try this brand of lights? wondering if they are junk or worth trying???
