I too purchased the dorman degass bottle and now I can't get the cap to unscrew. It just spins. How did you remove the cap? Mine won't come off even if I press down on it.

can you tell me about the New OEM Ford 11 passage Oil Cooler?
Bought my first PSD in August '13. /04, XLT, 4x4, supercab, ZF6/ was studded, new EGR & oil cooler at 94k but is otherwise all stock. Currently has 151k. Think I got a fairly good deal at $13.5k So this is my starting point of reference. I'd like to add a coolant filter & bluespring kit. Currently has only dash gauges and the maintenance history appears to have been fairly good but no receipts to back it up. Beyond that I'm all ears as to the whole gauges/tuner thing. That is, would you suggest gauges first then coolant flush or??? I kinda like analog gauges but I see a lot of electronics out there too, any suggestions? thx
