I am going to look at a 1995 F250 4x4 powerstroke this weekend and wanted to get some input. I am new to the org and have been researching the powerstroke for a couple months now. I have driven 1 so far and this one seems to be the cleanest I have seen yet. I have asked the obvious questions like CPS, Coolant, leaks, transmission shifting, clutch condition.
So here are the stats, let me know what you think. any input is appreciated.
$5500
208000 miles
Items that have been fixed or changed: Turbo rebuilt, replace the transfer case with a used one, new clutch slave cylinder, clutch pedal bushing kit.
Doesn't use oil between oil changes

Draw-Tite 25,000lb. goose-neck hitch

Nope the zip did not work for me.

However, from what I can see, it looks like a pretty decent truck. Just make sure that she drives OK. There will probably be some lag in the throttle response. Im still trying to get used to it myself, and I have an 03.

Could you post a link to the site where you found this rig

Thanks everyone for the input. I went and bought a CPS from Autozone for $25 just in case I buy it. It will be a 5 hour trip to get it home. I don't want to get stranded out in the middle of nowhere if it goes out. I am also taking enough tools with me to check the turbo and the valley.
I will post more pictures next week if I get it.

Well, I bought it. I looked it over well and it seems to have a slight leak in the valley. Turbo looked great. It drives very nice. There is some slop in the steering wheel but it drove straight down the road. It had 28 psi in the airbags and it about shook my teeth out as I was driving it back to my aunt and uncles to park it for the week while my family and I are in California for Spring break. I84 in Idaho is horrible. I am going to take the airbags down to 5psi for the trip home. Clutch felt great, and it shifted fine. The interior is immaculate. There is what looks to be some sort of an antenae hook up under the dash right below the power point. I will post some pictures and get some input on what i might be when I get home. I looks like coax cable, but doesnt look like a normal CB connection.

I think the first things I will do is fix the leak, pull the kitty and a DIY intake.
