Hey just wondering what you guys think the bet five inch exhaust is. :icon_ford:

If your looking for a full 5" exhaust, Flo-Pro is the only one out there from the downpipe back. AFE has one in the works from what I hear, but it isn't available quite yet. The Flo-Pro kit is available in stainless and aluminized and will bolt right up to the factory downpipe. You can also piece together a kit with a 5" Flo-Pro DPF/DOC delete and a 5" DPF back kit from one of the big exhaust companies like MBRP and Magnaflow. I recommend doing the 5" Flo-Pro. Just let me know if I can help out!

^^^ What he said. We built a 5" CAT/DPF delete in two configurations allowing the customer to choose any exhaust so your not stuck with any one 5" exhaust. This allows customers to run downpipe back 5" in Magnaflow,MBRP,Banks,RBP,etc.... You can also attach it to our 4" downpipe which fits any exhaust system including stock. We were the first to offer a OEM fit ball and socket downpipe and have the best fitting pipes on the market. Let Aaron or I know if we can help you.

I already have one of powerstroker67s ceramic coated DPF Delete pipes and its really nice. I also just got his two piece downpipe and its being installed this week. I am thinking of getting rid of my delete pipe and my magnaflow dpf back kit and changing it out to a 5" Setup.

I highly recomend powerstrokers67s pieces. You will be happy with them.

Pardon my interruption but when do you need to start going to a 5'' exhaust?

I don't have any experience with the Flo-Pro stuff so I can't speak for there quality. What I can say is that Magnaflow makes once bad *** cat back exhaust system. You really can't beat it for the price, quality of material used and fit and finish.

I ended up originally going with a stock DP, powerstroker67's 5" cat/DPF delete pipe and the Magnaflow 5 inch system w/muffler delete. I have now added the powerstroker67 4 inch DP and everything has fit very nicely both times.

*edit, except for the tab that is welded on the delete pipe to mount the exhaust back pressure sensor. That is not in the correct location and a slightly longer hose should be run to the sensor to keep from breaking the sensor.

I have always used magnaflow and they are actually a sponsor of mine on my 70 Chevelle that I have but I am running their stainless DPF back kit now and its rusting. I have never been in snow, or salt water or anything and the pipes are rusting. I am looking to get rid of it and try something else.
