F-450

Hi All sold the 15' 350 and am awaiting arrival of the 2019 F-450. Looking forward to getting the truck home and making a few changes. If anyone has some feedback on recommended wheel / tire fitment as well as level vs lift kit it would be appreciated. Will be towing a 5th wheel toy hauler but want to get the truck on some bigger tires with a nice aggressive look without making my trailer pitch to the back when towing. Cheers!

to the ORG!!

Congrats on the truck. Take a look a the Ford 17-19 6.7L Powerstroke Forums - good info / helpful members in there.

On tire / wheel suggestions check with @jetjock15 - he put new wheels/tires on his dually & tow a 5th wheel or toy hauler.

@jetjock15 hey buddy won't let me send you a message for some reason just wanted to pick your brain about your set up. I previously had a 16' 350 w 6" lift on 37s but was a bit tall for towing our hauler. Now picked up a new 450 and want to set it up perfectly. Thinking about doing bds 2.5" radius arm kit on 35x12.5 but cant get any info if those tires will be to wide on the rear. Was thinking american force quakes 22" with nitto ridge grapplers. Any input is much appreciated! Cheers!

Dumb question but when I was looking for a Super Duty, I was thinking about a 450 flatbed. Folks told me it would jack my insurance up for some reason so I settled for a little F350 plus all the flat beds I saw had the gooseneck hidden below and I have an Andersen hitch that drops on a ball at bed level. Didn't want to fork out the money for another hitch. I kinda like the Andersen!
