High milage F450, 6.4 or 6.7?

So I am thinking of trading in my 08 6.4 350 drw for a 450.
my large equipment trailer weighs 8k empty, load up the tractor or backhoe and I am right at 30k, load of hay oftern puts me a little over that. The truck has no problem handling or stopping these loads, I take care of the trailer brakes. I tow this heavy 10-20 times a year, rare for me to go 100mi that heavy. The rest of the time it is farm use, skidloader trailer, livestock trailer.
I have 132k miles on my 6.4 and have located 2 f450's that I think I could trade for with out putting up much money.
one '08 job 1 with head studs and has been well cared for by local lumber yard with 165k miles, and an '11 that is at a dealer with 170k miles.
anything to be worried about with these?
the '08 has the 4.33 gears and therefore is considered a 29k gcwr, obviously capable of more.
the '11 would be a 33k gcwr

For what it worth I purchased my 2012 F250 lariat with 150k. Towed my 15k fifth wheel all summer. Had some issues in the Florida keys. Cracked intake valve. Drove it carefully all the way to hershey pa where there is an amazing amish diesel shop. They replaced the entire head, then did some extra items while cab was off like new exhaust manifolds, disaster prevention kit, some thermostats and full fluid change. Price was below 4,500. I should be good to 800k (truck was deleted when bought but all items appear intact and computer says everything is ok. They did a very good job with this one) got the truck for 19k, and NADA was 31K.
