High mileage engine fixes

I have a 1999 F-350 7.3. 320,000 miles. I know I have at least two injectors bad. I'm thinking replacing all 8. As far as I know the engine has never been touched. Any suggestions on what all I should go after besides the injectors. I don't want to go back in there again later. Friends are suggesting harnesses, glow plugs, etc. etc. What about the turbo? Any control functions, pump?
Thanks in advance.

High mileage engine fixes

Do below and you’ll have a brand new truck

I highly recommend these as a MUST from a reliability standpoint. Items I’ve purchased.(Updated 1/9/18)

1. Pedestal delete, turbo outlet, bellowed up pipes http://alturl.com/asxnt $200 shipped
2. Plenum inserts http://alturl.com/eppso $51 shipped
3. Fuel bowl reseal Ebay user: racecolo best instructions ever! Dummy proof trust me! https://tinyurl.com/ydxtyro9 $20 shipped
4. Fuel lines https://tinyurl.com/y8n4wnhs.us $280 shipped
5. HPOP reseal Ebay user: racecolo https://tinyurl.com/ycrzvjee $16 shipped
6. HPOP lines Ebayer: logsdonindustries he’s local to me https://tinyurl.com/ycmlqfsb $155 shipped
7. Turbo rebuild: Ebay http://alturl.com/xrxtg $65 shipped. Has 360deg thrust bearing
8. Turbo outlet: Ebay F81Z-9E436-AA o-ring $8shipped
9. Upper radiator hose amazon #62491 $17 shipped. Route behind serpentine belt
10.
11. Total: $812

Every single item I recommended above I have purchased except #1. I bought the pedestal delete and flanges separately but if I had to do it over again, I would buy it in a package to make it easier (throw out compressor wheel and get a WW2 if you want)

Items that I change out regardless of age. All links are Ebay items.

1. IPR http://alturl.com/jpucw
2. ICP http://alturl.com/inphv
3. CPS http://alturl.com/zh5cs
4. Valve cover gasket http://alturl.com/x8aww or riffraff http://alturl.com/fuf5u . Each order is one gasket. You need 2X
5. Glow plugs http://alturl.com/kfy7a
6. Glow plug relay: I have the Ehdis. amazon pac-200 or Ehdis High Current Starter Relay 500 AMP. You should use the oem one DY861 http://alturl.com/yywcp

Turbo take off

Got the turbo all disconnected except for the actuator arm. Youtube video says just slide tab and release. I see a tab but it is not going anywhere. Any suggestions?

Pop the tab outwards with force and it will go. Spray some lubricant and it will help.
