Using Ford Service Points

So my 2019 KR is about ready for it's first oil change. I usually do those myself, but I need to take it in for a few minor warranty items anyways. I have 75,000 points in my Ford Service Care account. Does anyone know exactly what that is worth? I've got a $99 coupon for a diesel oil change which is a pretty good deal so I'll probably just use that. I don't normally bother with the dealer for minor maintenance especially after they tried to charge me $400 for an oil and fuel filter change when I first got my 2011 Super-duty. Never went back for anything other than warranty work. Bottom line, just wondering what these "points" are actually worth and if anyone has used them.
