Leveling by lowering

I have a 2018 F250 4x4 CC Lariat with standard bed. I like the level look but don't want to raise the front. Saw a video on youtube where a guy pulled the 3.5" blocks off the rear and installed the 2" blocks from a dually. Anyone on here done this swap?

Yes it is. I know once I lower the rear I will have to install airbags but that's ok.

I would try it, with the helwigs and the air bags you may be fine.

My concern would be light steering and tire wear from the rear squat.

The good part is its easy to swap back.
