Question 2017 F350 towing

What sup guys, so I have this question. Iím about to tow my new trailer, Coachmen Freedom Express Liberty edition. I think it has 985 lbs of hitch weight. This is the first time I tow it so what do you guys recommend me to do for my truck. Itís a bone stock 2017 F350 Xlt with 6.7L Powerstroke. Oh, I will tow it through the mountains so do I need to do with my gearing? Should I install air bags as people said? I actually donít know. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Dan

Do you have the factory overload springs?

Press the tow haul button and let the truck work for you.

I chose the tow package so I think I do have overload springs. The trailer weighs about 9000lbs so will that be an issue? My truck is pretty stock and the only mod I did to is exhaust tip if thatís even a modification.

Look at your rear leaf springs, does it look like there's extra springs on top of the normal springs?

9k is a cake walk for that truck.

Yup. You should be fine.

MIGHT want air bags or timbrens for your trailer but with a pin weight of less than 1k, probably not.

I agree just hook it up and go. The truck will be fine stock. i would just use a weight distribution hitch with antisway.
