Oil life 60% brand new truck

Pretty simple question, like the title says I bought the truck yesterday and noticed when I got home it says 60% oil life. I will be bringing it back to the dealer next week for a spray in Bedliner and a blown speaker but wanted to see your guys opinions. Thanks!

Im guessing it has to do with the 1 year time frame. It will say you need an oil change after a year no matter how much you drive it

If you have a great dealer they should give you the oil change free of charge.
