Lifted 17+ SD owners, rear block height?

Hey guys Im putting together parts to get a 18 450 at about 6-7 lift. Like my last truck Im piecing together components to do this, versus a kit. Anyway, the fromt will be on coilovers adjustable 5-7 or so, but I need to know what block to run out back for a 6 lift. I know the 350-450 Block is about 2.5 thick, so a 6 rear block sounds about right (to lift and level) but would really appreciate if anyone with a lift could post the advertised lift height, the included block height, and even a pic? Sticking with factory springs out back, mostly a tow-pig build
