I don't believe so. He had quoted the law stating he needs to be licensed and asked me to put the word out since he does not want to deal with being fined or getting into any sort of trouble with the state.

There is another dealer outside of FL that will sell them at MSRP online (they are licensed in FL even though they are not in FL. I'll find it for you)
nine9six and Larry Mac like this.

Glad I did because it has already saved me about double what it cost. It will be going back to the dealer in the Spring for a few last minute issues that have crept up. I love the Platinum plan and was surprised I could get it on a 6.0 with just under 100K miles.

When you are in used ESP territory, they are in 1yr/12k increments. Not all plans are available either. I just researched this the other day for someone. Over 100k, the premium plan is not available, over 120k, the 2nd highest plan isn't available, over 140k, no plan is available.

The terms come in as well over 100k and 120k to 2-3 years max. So you are either at 2/24k or 3/36k depending.

But he can sell them as long as the inspection form is performed and faxed to him .

I contacted Joel today, identified myself as a Powerstroke member, and this was a super easy transaction.

THANK YOU blwnsmoke!

I bought the 8 years / 125K miles ESP plan, and it was no muss no fuss. I opted to pay half of the cost up front and finance the balance over the next 18 mos., with no interest.

Great referral
