Mine did the exact same thing! I chalked it up to overfilling and diesel foam/froth somehow got squeezed out of the new style vent. When I filled mine, I did so in two fill ups and in total managed to squeeze 50.5 gallons into it. So some portion of fuel was running back up the fill tube. Later I found the tank to have a few drips around the rear strap. Upon further inspection, I was fearing that the fuel would be coming from the dreaded fuel pickup and poorly sealing O-ring that so many have had problems with, but it wasn't. Instead it appeared to be originating from the very top of the tank, either the new style breather or poorly sealing clamps on the fill/overflow lines. I honestly think it's a new style vent. It's just a few drips and I'm not too seriously concerned, at least not enough to warrant dropping the tank. If it were around the fuel pickup and O-ring that would be another story.

I did a coolant flush on mine today. Would have been a lot easier I'm sure if I had the vacuum system. But I just did it the old school way by flushing with distilled water.

This lines up exactly with what I'm seeing. I thought it was the o-ring but the fuel is falling down from the top and from the rear of the tank, behind where the pickup is.

I guess i'll shoot them an email to see what they say, I don't really want to drop the tank again the straps are a pain in the *** to get on and it's not making a big mess everywhere, it's just a small amount of fuel.

Went and picked up a 97/94 (Long story)7.3 F350 crew cab LB 4x4 last night for a buddy. Towed it 90 miles home and the 6.7 was a champ. Needless to say, its a project truck. $2500 and it came with a donor truck that we will have to pick up this weekend. Also changed oil and fuel filters this week too.

I like these emblems. Where did you buy them? Is the install easy?

Hey man, I got the emblems on Ebay. Just search for black ford emblems.

If you know how to remove the front grille then its quite easy. You just pop out the old tabs on the old emblem and snap in the new one. The back is a bit tricky because you need to remove the double sided tape, you can use a fishing wire or a blow dryer to help remove the all the sticky goo.
