Correct....

Although i never even noticed the cd slot untill i took it apart...lol i have not bought a cd since 2010 !!

The only other thing missing is the hazard flasher....

All the other functions can be accessed through the screen/steering wheel/or voice..

You can. It'll look like this.

I was on the verge of putting one in mine. But other than looking cool, I couldn't see any huge advantages over what I have. Maybe if I used iTunes, or had Facebook, or had other reasons to use the apps available on an iPad.

The main deal breaker for me was the inability to hook up the factory backup camera to the iPad.
I was told my options were to:
Buy a rear view mirror with the backup cam screen. .
Or, buy an aftermarket backup camera that would work through bluetooth, and have to touch a button to turn the camera on/off.

So, I just decided to keep what I have. .

With EZlynk now supporting android I was thinking of using a comparable android tablet.

I've got an xlt with the flat dash so the bezel won't fit. I want to do this but where do I get the dash from. Can't find it anywhere.
