On my heavy tow tune from Tyrant I’ve seen in the 30s pulling some long step grades but I’m so running a 15+ turbo which can handle much higher boost than the 11-14 so yours may be turned down to save your turbo from over speeding? idk I would send them a message or data log and set it to them if your concerned, but if it pulls no problem and not getting hot I wouldn’t worry about it

Seems like I remember seeing around 20 just like stock when I was towing last weekend with the tow tune. I can confirm next weekend when I hook the camper up again. In fact I'll fire up Torque Pro and get a actual max boost reading.

I'll occasional see 20 when towing up long wills or when passing under heavier throttle but it usually stays in the 10-15 range on flat ground and rolling hills on the interstate. I have a 15 and leave the tow tune installed 100% of the time. I like the way the truck performs with it.

So pulling onto the freeway a few different times coming home today I saw 32-34lb of boost at about 3/4 throttle pulling steep grades(not super long) would hold around 26/28, still had a ton to go if I needed but it seems to hit 30s no problem, like I said I have the 15+ turbo and supporting tunes so that could be it, yours being a 11-14 they could’ve held back to not oversleep the turbo, just a guess

That’s what it is. Canned tunes are hard on things. Most of the turbo failures come from over speeding the ceramic bearings. The 15+ and steel bearing aftermarket replacements can handle higher speeds.
