reprogrammed bcm now codes/issues

I’ve got a 2016 power stroke with 30k miles one it. Fully deleted with PPEI tunes. I took it to the dealer to get the RF blinker fixed cuz it wasn’t getting any power from the truck. The dealer put a new body control module on it and that didn’t fix it so they reprogrammed the body control module again. When I picked the truck up it wouldn’t shift past third gear and showed a wrench on the dash and check engine light came on and threw three codes. P0771, U0100, and U0101. One is a shift solenoid E and the other two are communication codes. The truck has been turned back to stock for for to run their test on it but they can’t run it cuz it’s deleted. They changed the shift solenoid (supposedly) and said that didn’t fix it. I have been on the phone with PPEI and they have been more than helpful but what we’ve done hasn’t fixed it. Has anyone had this problem or heard of it? Truck has been at the dealer over two months

I know it isn't the right answer, but this is the problem/risk with deleting and taking a truck a dealer. One should "un-delete" via the tuner prior to having any work performed on it.

0771 says the solenoid is stuck off. maybe a bad solenoid? or wiring (chaffed or pinched)? They need to do the Automatic Trans diag test for no shift 3-4 as a start.

Maybe just me....probably is, but as far as I know the 6.7 has a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. I'm not doing any mods to it until I'm out of warranty. Then maybe I do the weight loss surgery and find myself a great diesel mechanic. Ford can screw up a stock 6.7 I wouldn't trust them with a deleted tuned engine.
