Hate the shifting after tyrant street tunes

I recently deleted my 2013 f250 with 70k miles on it. I have a SCT x4 with tyrant tunes. I have a stock no power tune, a tow tune, and a street tune. I have tried them all, and all shift really strange from 4th to 5th and sometimes from 5th to 6th. It’s like it just falls on its face, and falls into the gear. Now if I’m on the throttle heavy it seems to shift better or if I’m in tow haul. I also have 35” tires and I told the tuner it was 34 because that was as big as it would go. Hopefully that dosent effect it. I have sent tyrant a email but haven’t got a response yet. Anyone have any input on this?

I sent them an email last week, they replied asking what year the truck was. I replied but haven’t gotten anything back yet. So just waiting and trying to find out if anyone else had any issues.

I just installed the tow tune on my truck and at first the shifting was a bit rough to 5th and 6th gear. After a few hundred miles it has gotten better but I can still feel it.
