Exclamation Needed INFO!

Hey guys!,

My name is Antone and I just recently purchased a 2013 Ford F250 Powerstroke. I have many question that needs to be answered before I start doing anything to my truck.

1. If I get a Cold Air Intake (K&N) would I need to provide a tune with it or will the truck run fine without it?

2. What tune would you recommend? I am currently looking at the Bully Dog GT Premium.

3. What brand do you recommend for a EGR / DPF delete kit?

4. Should I "Delete" my truck?

5. Is there anything else that would help INCREASE MPG on truck?

Thank you for your time!

Respectfully,
Antone Tavares V

1. Read this thread. https://www.powerstroke.org/forum/6-7...pipes-etc.html

2. Use the knowledge of the thread.

You don't want to run a k&n, and you don't want to run ANY of those tuners you've listed. This ain't a gasser...much much more going on than a "boxed" tuner can cope with generally. Tune qualities are not up to par.

The main question that needs to be answered is "Do I need to tune with just a CAI?"
