I have an early 2011 F250 with 210,000 miles. Had numerous little problems over the years but I quickly fixed them.
1 ) DEATH WOBBLE - the dealership could not figure out why it had it and kept telling me that everything was in spec's. It turned out that the body mount bushings were deteriorating and falling out of the cups. Replaced with Kevlar infused rubber ones and the death wobble disappeared.
2 ) Glow plug controller went out - replaced it
3 ) Fuel pressure sensor - replaced it
4 ) Oil cooler leak - updated it to the new one without the stud in the oil pan
5 ) Brake calipers sticking - replaced them
6 ) Rear pinion seal leak - replaced it
7 ) Batteries - you can expect that - replaced them

Other than those items it has NEVER left me sitting on side of the road. At 110,00 did a full weight removal and 5" exhaust turbo back and a 4" lift. Also replaced the plastic oil pan. Had a Mini Maxx but they basically got sued out of existence so I upgraded to EZ LYNK with Tyrant tunes and a 2015 turbo. Can't wipe the smile off my face. Truck is extremely well maintained by myself and am pretty happy with the truck. I don't know how many more miles it will go but I plan to find out.

My 11 has 342k miles
My dads 11 has 367k miles
I see trucks come in to the shop constantly with 350k+... it’s quite common. But then I have them that need engines below 150k. Seems hit or miss. Plenty of issues on all model years. Already doing plenty of in depth repairs to 15-16 model trucks too. Heads, engines, fuel systems, leaks, etc
