I don't have any performance upgrades planned at this point. I plan to enjoy my warranty for as long as I can. Then we'll see.

I wasn't planning on getting to use my warranty this soon. Barely over 7,500 miles and I had a check engine light come on. Checked the code and it shows "Excessive EGR Flow". Dealer says it needs a new EGR valve. Will be in the shop for a week.

Yeah they didn't have the part in stock.
Dropped it off last Friday. They said it would be ready this Friday when they finally called late Monday afternoon to tell me what the problem was.

Typical for warranty work, especially when they have more money lined up.

I got my bed lights mounted and wired up this weekend. I've had them for months and finally got around to doing it. I used a set of LED rock lights I got from Advance Auto. I wired them up to the step light wires under the rear door. Still thinking about adding some puddle lights as well.

Enjoying the read and pics chronicling your build. I'm gradually getting mine to my liking as well.

So far:
1. ScanGauge2 w/ DIY windshield mount
2. Gator Soft Tonneu Cover ($75 on Craigslist)
3. Back Up Lights

Still to come:
1. Factory XTL Fog Light Upgrade
2. Bed Lights
3. Step Lights
4. Leveling Kit
5. New Wheels & Tires
6. Mesh Grille
7. New Bumpers or Bull Bar
8. Performance Upgrades When Warranty Expires
