I have been running the SRL from Matt at
Powerstroke Diesel Performance Tuning
www . gearheadautomotiveperformance . com
He also does some nice tow stuff IMHO.

If you already have the device that can upload that will save you some $
Talk to them and tell them what you want to do and what device you have
and the strategy. They should be able to get you going quickly.

The programming device should be able to pull up your strategy

As mentioned above, we can manipulate the point in which the fan kicks on based off your engine coolant temp.

If you feel we can be of assistance, I am happy to answer any questions you may have. If you feel you are ready to place your order, please visit Index of /

The EGR does to your engine what smoking does to your lungs.

Remember you can always improve on a design until the EPA gets involved.

Even easier since you won't have to wire in a relay. It's as easy as it gets.

Buy a basic on/off switch, 3/4" self tapper screws, a pack of blue scotchlok tap connectors, some 16AWG wire (black or blue, maybe?). Locate blue wire in fan harness (somewhere near intake elbow), insert new wire going back to switch into connector, along with fan wire. Crimp closed. Section of loom is optional. Recommend using electrical tape to prevent corrosion. Run wire back to or through fire wall (use existing pass-thru wire if equipped). Mount switch at position of your choice, connect fan wire to one pole, connect other to ground somewhere under dash with self tapping screw. Done.

Did I miss anything?
